Get it trimmed every 6 mos to keep it growing like a plant it needs trimming. Always rinse hair in cool to cold water to close the cuticles in the hair shaft. Never rub your hair with a towel, squeeze it and then dry. Use lower heat on hair dryer and then finish with cool setting to close hair folicles. Anytime you can just let your hair dry naturally without the hairdryer which causes damage. You can do this on days off and maybe try a style that doesn't require hairdryer at times like a pony tail or putting it up. Use vinegar as a rinse every few weeks. Mix it with water about half a cup to a qt. of water and rinse with this then put conditioner on and re-rinse. The vinegar makes highlights and shine come out. Roll your hair on special occasions by almost letting it dry then spraying with water and using larger rollers. Air dry or use hairdryer to speed it up at the end. Hair will look beautiful when you let it down, then spray and just use your fingers to style it and spray again. steam curlers do the same thing that's what the models use.

Hot oil treatments before every shampoo. Don't use clarifying or "extra" cleaning shampoos made for oily hair. Wear a little old lady's bonnet on your hair at night and don't let sunshine touch your hair too often. Humidify your home if using heat. Check all hair products and be sure to avoid mineral oil, polymers and alcohol. Don't use heat appliances, like electric curlers, blow dryers, crimpers, etc. Take a multi-vitamin every day. Make sure that you are eating enough fat. Drink LOTS more water. Ask your doc to check your thyroid levels. And, the egg white suggestion above is right on.

Pantene "Smooth and Sleek" shampoo and conditioner is the best ... and doesn't break your bank account. The conditioner coats the hair shaft well. It's kept my hair looking great, and I flat iron my hair a few times a week. I also have my hair highlighted.
One question, though.... how often do you wash your hair? You should not wash it every day. This is one thing that could be drying it out. I wash my hair every 2-3 days, and it has stayed very healthy. Tap water is incredibly harsh on hair.
Hope this helps! :)

Gold eyeshadows with black eyeliner will glam up your eyes. dodge gentle colored lipsticks as they'll seem pretend on you. placed on only darkish colored lip stains. Cherry and orangish colorings will seem stunning as lip colorings. dodge gentle-colored pinks and browns on your cheeks. Use peach or a deep pink on your cheeks, and use this sparingly as your pores and skin colour won't require too lots added colour. I easily have the precise same seem which you defined and pass blush thoroughly.

go to the hair salon and ask them at your next hair cut (or why u r there ) and try diff, shampoo & conditioners and cut the dead ends off......that really helps......so the shampoo and conditioners may be expensive but they really do help! good luck!
