There is this girl who talks to me and gets sooo close to everyone when she talks. What do I do? I really don't want to hurt her feelings but it is soooo weird.

Now I understand what to do. But what if you are in doubt that she might not have all of her screws in her head . You know what Im saying?

It's called invasion of personal space. You could take steps away from her when she talks to you and see if that solves the problem. If she keeps moving toward you, try and make a joke like "Do you mind, I have horrible breath right now! I don't want you to get a whiff!" or you could just be honest and ask her to take a few steps away from you. It might be an awkward moment but it could solve the problem.

I heard that most Americans have a bubble that is 6-10 feet when in a business situation. When somebody crosses that comfort barrier, I consider it a conflict of cultures. For instance, I work with Italians and I love them, but I don't know why they think it's OK to stand over my shoulder and snap and chomp on a nice fresh juicy piece of gum!
