i revently found out a relative of mine passed away in 1999, and i want to kno how or wat happend. where can i find obituaries and ones that are free??

Go 2 Your Local Library they have all old newspapers

may give you the exact date. It may not. You forgot to say what country, shire and village your relative died in. In any event, you will need an exact date.

tells you how to get an obit in the USA. You may be able to use the same methods in the UK or Australia. I don't think it would work in France.
