It will remain good until you suck the last drop from the bottle.

It doesn't go bad...period.

Rum has a very long shelf life.
Be careful with what kind of rum. Overall it should be fine, but if it's a dark rum or a more viscous liquor it may make it kinda like syrup. You should be fine with most liquors though. Overall, keeping liquor in your freezer is only needed if you want your booze cold, it's not necessary to preserve it.

Practically forever.... that goes for any distilled alcohol. Keep it cool, and in the dark, and your grandkids kids could enjoy it.... Don't believe me? Ask anyone about a 50+year aged Scotch....
