Potato salad, pasta salad, both taste better with age. My own Caramel Apple Pie is good warm, but even better the next day after the caramel has hardened on the top crust. Just a couple of examples. Usually we hang our deer up for several days as well to age the meat, making it tender, and more tasty.

Oh my goodness!!! There are a lot of dishes that are as good and usually better the next day. Pot Roast, soups , stews, and any kind of dried beans like pinto, black,lentils,black eyed peas, etc.
