Here is the deal. He is freakishly slim. Drives a mini cooper. Loves his dog and get's his hair cut twice a month. -- oh and he spends alot of time at the gym in the pool!

Yep, he sounds gay to me but I'd check for a rainbow bumper sticker on the Mini-Cooper!
BTW: Bi-Sexual is gay, so if he is doing guys and your sister, he is GAY!

well just because he is slim, drives a small car loves animals and likes to hang out at the gym doesn't necessarily means that he's gay. He just is different from most men. Don't judge until you know the facts.

There is something called "metrosexual" - a guy who is straight, but who takes very good care of himself and gives a lot of the stereotypical signs of gayness... which not every gay guy does, FYI. Unless your sister is complaining that she's not getting any, he's at least bisexual.
In any case, as long as your sister is happy, what does it matter?

Sounds like a nice guy to me. These could be things that he just enjoys doing? What do you like to do? He might think you are gay. And so what if he is. That wouldbe his and his spouses problem, not yours

with that description i can't even be sure. try to talk to him. maybe he is just metrosexual. some guys just like to maintain themselves...you shouldn't stereotype.
