Keeps on attacking her..when she visits..whats going on? The cat walks up to her and tries to grab her head and use its hind legs to scratch her face.

Not all cats like everyone. Some are "one-person" cats. First off, how old is your sister? From they way you put it, it sounds like your sister is a young kid. Again, not all cats likes kids.
You might have to consider locking your cat up when your sister comes. You could also try working with her, by holding your cat and start by just standing close to your sister. Keep getting closer over time and then start having your sister to try and pet her. Try to show your kitty that your sister isn't a threat.

Your cat just does not like her. Put the kitty away in another room when your sister comes to visit. Animals can sence things about people that we humans can not.

my cat is the same way. she hates my brother in-law. all he has to do is walk in the room and she starts hissing. i think cats are just picky about who they like

ok my cat is just like that. its just that ur cat isnt used to ur sister. my cat hates evryone except me and my family. she will growl and attack anyone who comes near her. u just have to get ur cat used to ur sister. ur cat probably likes ur dog because they're companions and friends.

Because, your cat remembers your dog did threaten your cat before.
Your sister should strike your cat then see what happens.

and why not? your sister is a rotten person! she forces herself on the poor kitty. and she smells.
