He wouldn't have to. When He said It Is Finished. That is exactly what He meant.

I KNOW he would. Jesus forgave us once while we murderd him on a cross. No matter what we do, God will allways love us. Jesus would lay his life down for the most lowest of scum to the richest of rich. I am sure that God and Jesus both weep at our people now more than in the times of old, but we are still human none the less, and we will all be forgiven as long as we ask for it. So don't worry, Jesus would give his life for us no matter what we did or who we are.

I bet you, he won't have the guts to show up ever. Seeing what's going on, the same thing would happen to him that happened 2000 years ago. Maybe we won't crucify him, but I bet he will get shot. Because, even if jesus himself was born and claims he is jesus (just like in his days), the catholic church and every other church would call him as a false prophet ( and that he uses the name of the lord in vain) and will be destroyed. Based on what is going on in the church, today jesus will again find fault the church and the priests first. Which will pretty much annoy the church and claim him as a phoney and will be killed.
