Some women do. Personally I like the knit boxers. They are comfortable. It would be my guess that women don't wear them regularly because of hygenic reasons. Restricted air flow....you know what I mean?

Probably because we don't need the extra room. I do wear them every once in a while, but I prefer thong panties, they are sexier and lets face it. You have nothing on the back, can't get more comfortable than that.
