oh yea they do. i remember as a kid i could not keep my hands off of the tree. i didn't care if i was going to get slap I just had to touch the tree. kids like the lights and stuff. kids like prett things with lights and stuff.

my son did when he was little. one year, he broke off all the little mini lights at the base where the bulb meets the part that has the little prongs on it. there was a little pile of broken off bulbs behind the tree in the floor.
