Not his Christian. My lord drank wine and turned water into wine for a wedding celebration. Let's not be hypocrites.

No, the Bible does not condemn drinking alcoholic beverages. Jesus made excellent wine at a wedding. Also wine was used to represent his to be spilled blood, at the last supper. Other references include mixed wine & beer. It is drunkeness that is condemned in the Scriptures.
The body is immediately abused with pot & crack, where as its those who stay "with wine for a long time" that causes abuse, unless one is already an alcoholic or has an illness set off by drink.

no. the warning for things that are mood changers, such as alcohol, is to not over-induldge or become addicted. Also, Christians are called to obey the law of the land - pot and crack are illegal. In this country, opium used to be a legal drug (cocaine) but after much addiction, it became illegal - at that time it would have been fine... FYI, that's the zing that was originally put in coca-cola and why it's called COKE.

I am Christian. But I don't think alcohol should be criminalized. For one, even Jesus drank wine. and the priests drink wine when we commemorate the Mass. However, I believe pot and crack should be banned.

Please use your spell check (believe) always remember that if you are asking a question don't ask for asking sake education is the key. Anything that is abuse is wrong therefore a Christian is one that would not CONDEMN but seek to help just as Jesus would do. The Good book reads (BIBLE) Wine is a mocker and whosoever is deceived is not wise. Drink a little wine for the stomach sake.

pot and crack is already criminilized but alcohol shouldnt be criminilized but the people who use it in excess should. Drinking socially but especially moderately is ont a crime, but being drunk and going to drive home is. my opinion is alcohol is ot to blame, but dumbasses with no sense of responsibility are.

If it were just used for it's medicinal purposes, there would be nothing wrong with it. But when is it ever used for that?

Pro 23:29 Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes?
Pro 23:30 They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine.
Pro 23:31 Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his color in the cup, when it moveth itself aright.
Pro 23:32 At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.
Pro 23:33 Thine eyes shall behold strange women, and thine heart shall utter perverse things.
Pro 23:34 Yea, thou shalt be as he that lieth down in the midst of the sea, or as he that lieth upon the top of a mast.
Pro 23:35 They have stricken me, shalt thou say, and I was not sick; they have beaten me, and I felt it not: when shall I awake? I will seek it yet again.
