Let it ring. Unless I have a reason to believe that it's a very important call, the world won't stop if I don't answer the phone.

Might be an automatic remote site dialup approach that's been programmed with the incorrect number. I have personal experience of this - from the other finish. BT gave me the improper quantity, and that i punched it into the laptop that did the everyday remote web page dial - we had been calling about a hundred thirty unmanned web sites then. Some techniques dial 1000s of websites nightly - electrical power, gasoline, water and phone organizations, for instance. Became out that this mistaken number I acquired was a domestic line - it took the bad girl weeks to get BT to hint what used to be going down.

Just let it ring. How dare they call you while you're in the bathroom, anyway?

No truly, it's just a phone. Don't allow your phone to become an intruder in your most private life. Do what you have to do, and feel the relieve of just letting it ring..........

They'll call again ;-)

I would let it ring. If it is important, they can call back. And when I check the caller ID and I know them I will make the return phone call.

Let it ring. I can use caller I D when I`m finished. If they withold their number, thats just too bad! I do, however, ring my friends when I`m taking a bath or on the toilet. (I`ve got a cordless phone!)
