My friends have too, they go bar drink, or smoke or using drugs.
However, whenever I have it, I run to gym, and I just keep running, while I am running there is a period that become worse than when I start running.
But I never stop, I just keep pushing myself and running and running in such that everyone get shocked of such long run...
However, while I am running in sudden all FILES in my memory will be deleted due to release of 'special antidepressant hormone' in my brain. When I rest after all running on a mat at gym, it is like that I was 'just' born! So kicking your a s s and pushing it to work hard is the best anger management program!

Usually a good work out will help to get that out of your system. Or run a few miles to blow off some steam. What your feeling is not at all uncommon in this day and age, trust me on that!

Yea, been there, done that. It doesn't work out. They file an assult charge and you goto jail.
I suggest finding a teddy bear and abusing it till it can't sit up anymore.
