First..dont let it worry you. You probably shoot quick because you are very excited, and thats very normal. As and when you first have sex with a girl, you are bound to be excited but nervous as well..and sometimes nerves can slow the process down. The first time is always the worst and most clumsy for everyone, but it gets better. Again, it happens to nearly every guy at some time, its not such a big deal.
And dont even THINK about not using a condom, especially if you dont even know the girl that well. Its not just to avoid getting her pregnant, its for YOUR health as well.
