My mother has some type of creepy crawly worm coming out of her, and I was wondering what a good dewormer would be. She also has an itchy anus. I have seen her scooting her butt across the carpet many times. After she uses the restroom, she tries to cover it up by pushing leaves and grass on top of the toilet. Does anyone know what I should do?

Your mother should go look for a doctor and get a proper medication rather than scooting her butt across the carpet. Or you could ask a pharmacist for the medication that can relieve her sufferings.

She seems to have threadworms, also called pinworms. They respond to most deworming drugs, including albendazole, mebendazole, levamisole and pyrantel. A single dose is usually effective.
