My Father. He gave more back to the world and the people he loved. He loved to live and learn. My mother was mentally ill and was his opposite in every way. She took and didn't give back, could not love and hated her life and the people who enjoyed life. Deeply sad when you can honestly say one is more worthy. But some people cannot be helped, cannot be cured..and another is so very different. That being said I would pick the person who could love people and respect nature because he saw God in nature, and potential in people. My father.

Gosh, that's sad question to ask. My mother died of cancer three days after I turned 17. My dad was never the same again after that day. Although I'd love just once to hear my mom laugh again... there is no way I could choose between her or my dad. They were a good couple and we had great family... but that was a lifetime ago.
Why do you ask this question?

Terrible to even have to think about but I would have to save my father. My mother is a Christian and I know she is ready to go home to be with God but my father is not. I would have to save him to give me more time to try to win his soul. I hope I never have to make this decision in real life.
God bless!

Neither, it would be selfish to keep either one, healthy people don't die so they would have to be sick and probably suffering. I've already had to make the decision in my life to let both go, my selfish side said do whatever it takes to keep them, but my loving said said don't make them suffer not for one more second.

first of all i know where my parents are going, so to save them would stop them from going home., but to pick i guess i would pick the one who was the meanest to me as a child and maybe it would give us somemore time to fix the past., cause i don't want them to hame to answer for their transgressions

Call your doctor for anti-depressants. Just say you are thinking about topics on death lately. They will understand.
