I like this guy, and i'm sure he likes me because we danced twice at a dance yesterday. Anyway, everyone is saying i like him now, and word has probably gotten back to him, and I'm afraid that now he'll think I was telling everyone that I like him, now I think things are going to be akward. I don't know him that well, at all, and now I'm afraid he won't be interested in me anymore. He's two years older than me. What do I do to make sure he's still interested and make things un-akward for both me and him?

We're in different classes, so i don't get to see him that often, and i know he likes me cause the only dance we did was slow and we talked the whole time. And i can't act normal b/c i didn't like him b4, but i really do now.

a dance doesn't mean that he likes you... could be that you are a good dancer. lol..... any who.......... there should be no reason you should feel akward around him.... Hell just act the same and if he brings it up just be honest with him.... what harm could that do. better to know now than later.... or you could just be an adult and stop letting other people talk for you and let the guy know that you like him...... he will give you a responce verbal or non verbal... either way you will get one.

Talk to him! I'm a guy and if a girl came up to me and said that stuff, I'd be like "wha?"... though I would be confused, 'I sure would appreciate it' you know... you get what I mean. Or not. Just tell him what you think, and say something like "I'm sorry if you thought that I was spreading rumors..." If he's like "what the heck are you talking about?" then say nevermind.

Please dont think of the situation this way. Think higher of yourself. So what if he knows you like him...that is good and he will like knowing that too. You just be you dont go getting awkward it is not useful, if you like yourself well enough then you can hold yourself high and not worry. I know that sound easier said then done but belive me it can be done you are a good person and you just have to remember that there is no need for awkwardness

Well you like him, and it seems as if he probably likes you, just talk to him, tell him you like him and that you want to go out with him, chances are he will like the fact that you approached him, makes him feel special, and about all the other stuff about wondering if he thinks you told everyone you like him, your getting worked up about more than you should, just stick with the talking to him thing and you should be ok... :)

im going through the same thing. life can be akward. just act like nothing happend. but also make sure that if you do like him you show him. you dont want to think your flaking on him! anywho good luck!

You should talk to him. Make sure you guys are alone. Tell him the truth. If he asks you out, that's great! If he doesn't, I guess he doesn't like you... Good Luck!

spin it around n him and make it look like the rumor mill has it opposite of what you herd. and then say its cool and that you want to go out with him to a movie or something.
