It seems to me that every migraine sufferer is different; I didn't have food triggers - mine were hormonal, and as a result I went on birth control pills that enabled me to have only four periods a year so they at least didn't get triggered so often. Whatever foods or any other substances/situations trigger a given person's migraine are the ones that should be avoided, of course.

Everyone is different, so you may want to play around with different foods and see what works for you.

As a migraine sufferer, I can tell you that triggers for me are anything with caffeine in it, such as sodas, coffee, and chocolate. Ironically, many/most migraine medicines have caffeine in them to dilate the blood vessels to relieve the migraine.

Yes of course. It widens the blood vases and it can cause migraines and weakness. I tested this once especially in summer and that was the time I stopped to drink alcohol stuffs. I don't like them at all.

Anything with SUGAR in it would be a good start.
Sugar can affect muscles and their ability to relax, thereby causing an increase in tension.
