I make my own..which are more healthy...and easy to do..and taste good as well

take either gingerale and juice and mix together..or you can also use club soda..or sparkling water and add some juice...

i think it depends on what type of juice you are using (use all natural..much healthier..or make your own with a juicer) same with the sparkling part...know what is in it....you can also add fresh fruit to it...makes it even healthier....
