Start noticing if he is wearing extra cologne or dressing a little nicer. Maybe he is not as sexually active with you or maybe he is more. Does he have unexplained lateness over and over, phone rings and hangs up when you answer, boyfriend appears distant, things bother him about you more than usual etc

When confronting a boyfriend/girlfriend about being unfaithful, do not say "Are you cheating on me?" 9 out of 10 times the answer will be NO WAY.
Ask the question in a positive way "I know you are seeing someone else because of __________ ."
Clues to help you determine if they are being unfaithful include unexplained absenses, lots of late nights at work without an increase in pay, phone calls that are hang ups when you answer but not when they answer, hands that smell like gasoline (unable to shower after sex so to remove the smell they "accidently" spill gas on their hands) unexplained receipts from motels, hotels, restaurants, emails and IM logs are missing or encrypted, etc.....
None of these things by themself is a flag for unfaithfulness, however if there are alot of these signs they probably are seeing someone else.

If you suspect, that means it's likely. We have a third eye or a sense that we don't listen to and it gets us into more trouble than anything. Do you know any of his close friends girlfriends or married friends wives? If so, ask them what they think. Someone knows and someone might tell, especially if they think their's is doing it too. So, ask one of these people without being accusing just to see what they have to say. Also, is there a friend of his that likes you a little? You could use it to your advantage...hint and make it easy for him to spill the beans. You could follow him at times when you think he isn't being truthful about where he is, get someone else to if you can't...a friend or another guy friend. Whatever you do don't move forward without knowing completely that he is true and I'm not sure I'd do it then. Your instinct is your saving grace, your meter for when things aren't right. Listen to it. Good luck.

I just get a feeling in the bottom of my stomach. And then for me the next step is watching closely to see if there are any signs. I have had one cheat on me (x-husband) and I knew pretty quickly. The best way to describe the feeling is "dread, and sickness". You should watch how he takes to you going out and doing stuff alone, see if he is worried about you cheating yourself. Those who cheat-CHEAT.

Have you tried following him? Is he where he's supposed to be....when he's supposed to be there?? Check his call log... any #s you don't recognize?? If you are suspicious, make sure you have a reason to be. Do you really think he'd deny it?? Well.... of course he would.....unless you have some proof.

If you feel it in your gut, go with that feeling and don't listen to lies. Listen to your self, your gut never lies. It doesn't always tell you what you heart wants to hear though.

Don't ask unless you have reason to believe it. If he is you can find someone better.
