my cat accidentally broke her teeth while she chew on... my finger..., i feel terrible.. will they grow back??? she's abour 6 months old now

Yes, theye were baby teeth, cats and dogs loose their baby teeth between 3 and 7 months old, depends on the food they eat and their breed.

my cat is an outdoors cat he is 7yrs old, 2 yrs ago he lost his fang outside and it never grew back

If it was her fangs? most likly they were falling out.. They will grow another set... there should be some comming in right now.
