If anybody knows a recipe like this will be glad to know....something very yummy? please?

CREAM CHEESE CANDY

8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powder sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. peppermint extract
Melt cream cheese in microwave. Mix in sugar, nuts and vanilla. Drop immediately by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand.

Rich Peppermint Creme Fudge- YUm!

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 teaspoons butter (no substitutes), softened
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 teaspoon milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped nuts
PEPPERMINT LAYER:
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/4 cup crushed peppermint candy
DIRECTIONS
Line the bottom and sides of an 8-in. x 4-in. x 2-in. loaf pan with foil. Grease foil with 1-1/2 teaspoons butter; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla. Stir in nuts. Spread into prepared pan. Chill for 1 hour or until firm. For peppermint layer, beat cream cheese in a small mixing bowl. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar, milk and extract. Stir in peppermint candy. Spread evenly over chocolate layer. Chill for 1 hour or until firm. Using foil, lift fudge from pan. Gently peel off foil. Cut into squares.

Hi

You can take the chocolate melts and add peppermint extract and then drizzle over chocolate cream cheese brownies..then you crucnh up candy canes and sprinkle over the top of the brownies and melted buttery cream chocolate chips! it is really good...you can also cut them and put them on popsicle sticks and then...dip them in chocolate and coat them with candy or frosting or both...for desert or gifts

peppermint marangue cookies are good also...creamy like!

Try melting white chocolate and adding a little bit of peppermint oil and some crushed cane canes. Pour it in a shallow pan lined with wax paper and let it cool then break it up into random peices. It's called peppermint bark.

Easy Buttercream Centers
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. (If necessary, chill about 1 hour or until mixture is firm enough to handle.) Shape into 1 inch balls; place on wax paper covered tray. Cover loosely; chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Centers should feel dry to touch before coating. Coat centers as directed About 5 dozen centers
Variations: Divide mixture into three parts. Add any of the following flavor variations to thirds of the mixture as desired.
2/3 cup flaked coconut
1/2 teaspoon brandy extract or almond extract
1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract plus 3 drops red food color
1/4 teaspoon rum extract or orange extract
1/4 teaspoon mint extract plus 3 drops green food color.
