total price is $27,894. I asked salesman to discount $2,000. He said yes he would do that. Final price after discount becomes $25,894. Is it a good deal? This is 2007 avalon. Should I wait till next year Jan or Feb to get more discount?

What is the Misc charge for?
And $200 for floor mats? That's a bit steep.
Tell them to keep the mats and delete the Misc + the $2k.
It's a GREAT car for the money though. If my Solara ever dies that's my next ride.

Now is the time to go for the jugular. Unfortunately you started too high. Coming down from that is going to be nearly impossible now. ALWAYS start WAY low. You can always come up a bit, but can never to down.
