Advertise for one, and check out their credentials, including church affiliation very closely. Most potential candidates might think asking about faith is too personal a question, but when looking for a proper nanny, no question is too personal, especially in today's times. I too am a christian, and finding people who are Godly is difficult sometimes, but worth the effort when you finally find the correct person.
When it comes to your kids, look for someone who's beliefs, especially about God and discipline are closely aligned to the Word and your own. Good Luck!
