would driving around with a ski mask be illegal? if so, why? what about walking around outside with one, like if i were jogging? im just curious.

the only way it would be illegal might be that it effects your vision and ability to drive safely. However, I find it hard to believe that you'd be pulled over for that. A cop, however, might find a pretext to pull you over (not coming to a full stop, taillight out, etc.) and check you out, since you might look suspicious.

Look at it this way......if it were 90 degrees outside and the area you are in had 10 robberies by a masked man in the last week, and you decided to drive around with a mask, would I not have probable cause to stop you? I venture to say not only would I have PC, but I would probably bring you our of the vehicle at gunpoint. (you fit the description at this point!!) Something to think about.

you would be considered suspicious just by being concealed.
just make your life simpler and just don't do this unless the
weather conditions call for it. if you are jogging, you will not be looked at that hard,

No it is not illegal, but you will be stopped due to suspicious behavior.
