Do it first thing in the morning. Just get up and go, don't think about it, and do it before you engage in anything else that is "more interesting". It will feel great to get it out of the way, and for the rest of the day you will feel good about yourself and have more energy!

Buy more mirrors, and then spend a day at the gym, looking at all the people there. And how good they look! And then, dont get a membership to a gym. Dont even think about working out. If you have spare time one day, go out for a short run and see how that makes you feel. Getting an excercise buddy really helps, too. Also, keep a few inexpensive 5 and 10 lb weights around ur office and work on those to relax or sometihng. Cats and small dogs work well, too. & so do laptops. If you have nothing, do pushups and situps

Think about what u r going to do instead of workout... like if ur just gonna sit down and watch TV, tell urself u can watch TV later and then just go to the gym... ull b happy u did.
Or tell urself, u wont get the body u want unless u work out!

Well, if you have a goal you want to reach try to find a picture in a magazine of that perfect body. Keep it in view in important places, as a reminder. You will only get there if you put the effort in. Try to do it first thing before anyhting else pops up.
