Not to my knowledge. I don't ask questions often, but none of mine have ever been banned.

If someone asks a question, unless they state that they are atheists there is really no way of knowing if they are or not. There is a reason this is called an "open" forum. You can always start a non-atheist one somewhere else, but sooner or later they will show up and start posting comments. Welcome to the wild wild world of the internet!

well if you're an atheist asking this question and other atheists still ask questions then i would say according to reason logic and common sense that no they haven't banned atheists from asking or answering questions

I don't ask many questions, but I've never had a no-show. I hope there isn't a blanket policy of banning ANY serious questions, even if it's for the much-to-be-applauded aim of keeping out trolls.

No, they couldn't ban atheists if they tried anyway becauce they have no way of knowing who's atheist and who's not.
