There are shampoos that will help with the scalp. Try head and shoulders or a clarifing shampoo. That works for me when that happens. when It goes away I go back to my shampoo. If your hair is oil, make sure that you wash twice.

try to wash it daily and see what happens. blow drying is bad for your hair, and may be the reason your scalp gets dry. when a scalp is dry ur body tells itself to produce oils, more than if you would have not blow dried it. maybe it's fine and all you can do is stop worrying youself, but if you think there really is a problem see a doc.

Follow that link there. Yves Rocher is a French company that makes quality products. I used to have awful dandruff, and it went away after using this product. It's awesome stuff. Order some conditioner from these people, too.

Sounds like product build-up. Have you tried a clarifying shampoo? If that doesn't work, talk to your stylist. If you still can't get rid of it, see a dermatologist.

A little bit of Dawn dish detergent works wonders, just massage it into your scalp and rinse well!
