Girl, tell him you made a mistake and you would like to work it out. Remind him of the things that brought you together in the first place and remind him of all the fun the two of you had together (in or out of bed)

You shouldn't have ditched him in the first place, to get respect you have to give respect. Treat people how you want to be treated.
I don't blame him for not wanting to waste time, but it seems childish to ditch some one and then complain. That goes to both you and him.

let everything calm down a bit. you may never win his respect because if he doesn't want it then its pointless to even try. if he likes you enough, give it time, then he will come back. don't chase after a guy. its not worth the time effort or pain that sometimes may come when its all over. like i said if he likes you let him come to you. so i would just go on with your life like nothing happened and if he comes back then deal with it then and if he don't well you did not waste time
