I have this friend and I am showing him that I like him but it is like he isnt grabbing on. I know he isnt that slow!! Should I just say that I like him or just give up and get over it?

Make it obvious, maybe even just come out and say it. Don't corner him though or he may turn tail and run away. Once you've put it out there you'll know whether or not he wants it and then you can move on one way or the other.
If you don't do anything you may always wonder what could have been.

Dont over do it. Just be friendly wink and smile. Anything more and him not grabbing on seems pathetic.

Just be yourself. Men like confident women who are comfortable being themselves. If he wants you, he will come after you. U said it, he is not slow.
