You can eat anything you like - just not too much of it!! Seriously though it is calories in and out -the more you eat the more you exercise you should do.

try keep carbs to breakfast and lunch and at a minimal. Chicken breast is probably the best source of protein that is low in fat. All carbs should be converted to a brown version. eg white bread = wholemeal bread. drink lots of water and keep sugar at a minimum. if you feel like something sugary have some grapes or watermellon.

popcorn with no salt or butter is great!! I'm on weight watchers so for me, I love their bread (2 slices for 1 point!). Depending on what diet you are on and what you could eat/drink, diet sodas are also good.

100 calorie packs of popcorn. (tasty, and satisfying!)

fruit, fruit, fruit! try mixing low fat cream cheese, a small amount of powdered sugar, and fat free milk in a bown for a delicious fruit dip!

they say you can eat anything but all in moderation. Never deprive your body of what it needs.
