1 lb. ground meat (turkey, beef, etc.)
1 onion
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 (10 oz.) box frozen peas, thawed

Pat meat into four patties. Place in middle of piece of aluminum foil (about 18 inch square). Build up; fold and tuck foil around meat so sides are straight up in the air.
Continue building dinner by slicing onion on top of meat. Add salt and pepper as desired. Then slice potatoes on top of onions. Continue with sliced carrots and top with peas.
