Yes!!!

One package of tofu
2 Cups Non Fat Milk
One Banana
Strawberries to taste (we like ALOT :)
Sugar to taste (if strawberries are sweet, you don't need to much)
1 tsp. vanilla
*If you use frozen strawberries, you don't need to add ice. If you use fresh strawberries & want that chilly crunchie texture, add a cup of ice....

YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMY :)

You'll need:
1/2 an apple
1/4 of a cantaloupe melon
2 peaches
1 orange
1/2 banana
1 wedge of lemon
(2 servings)

Instructions:
Cut the apple into wedges, put them through the juicer and pour the juice into the blender. Chop the melon flesh into chunks and add to the blender, along with the chopped up peaches (stones removed). Squeeze the juice from your ornage. Put everything except the lemon into the blender and whizz. Finish off by stirring in a squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy :)

Bananas are cheap and smoothie/blender friendly. Put them in the bottom of the blender and add some frozen fruit like strawberries, peaches, or something that's in season where you are that you think would taste good with bananas- maybe pear. Pour enough soy milk to cover your fruit, blend and viola! An easy delicious drink.

Whatever recipes you choose, I highly recommend using frozen fruit so you don't have to water the smoothie down with ice!

Tastes just like a milkshake:
1 banana (frozen or chilled)
Enough milk to cover the banana in the blender
Vanilla to taste (1/2 tsp. should do it)

Tastes like tropical heaven:
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1 container (about 6 oz.) pineapple or pina colada yogurt
Enough orange juice to cover the other ingredients in the blender
