the technitian at my job,is always flirting with me.and i flirt too.as soon as he comes in,he goes straight to where im at,and just flirt.now,i dont want to have,a relationship with anyone in my job.i know its not a good thing.but, lately,he has been saying he wants more, and,im so atracted to him.he makes my days, and i make his.and he asked me out for lunch, and he just looked at me,like i want to kiss you, the whole time we were there.i think our flirting,is going to far,to the point,we are both falling for eachother, and im not sure if i should,or not allow it to go to the next stage.what would you do,if you were in my shoes?esecially, when everybody, notices the change in your attitude, meaning, you smile all day,and your co workers know why.but, still,i insist we're just friends.wich is true.

Don't feel bad sweety I'm in the same boat as you are. The only advice i can give you is you need to make up your mind on if you want a relationship with him or not. When you figure that out you are open to make a decision. You can't make a decision if you are unsure. If want a relationship asked to be moved to anther department if you don't you need to let him know that you appreciate his advances but you want to be friends. But be careful because if you were flirting to you helped cause the problem. An he may get Little upset.

Sure it is only flirting----yeah right! I think your seeking approval of what you and I both know is already happening. If your company has rules and regulations against this, some one needs to find a different job, or both might get fired.
