If you're like me, you may not have the funds to go indulge in a massage, so be sure you get your kids into bed early, then take those 1 or 2 hours to relax to yourself.
You can read a book or watch tv in peace (without interruptions from the kids) or soak in the tub. That's the only way I can recuperate. If my nerves are totally frazzled I make sure the kids are down early. I homeschool and enjoy my nightly mini vacations. I'd go nuts without it.
Also try valerian extract from a health food store or online it will help you relax and at a higher dose will help you sleep better too. I recommend iherb.com if you have to get it online.

You have an big load you are carrying around, and with Christmas approaching fast, it is no wonder you feel stressed. I think it is possible that after Christmas you may not feel so stressed out. If you do however, I would suggest gathering your kids up along with your nephew and going to a park where they can run and scream, walk and enjoy fresh air. This should tire everyone out to come home and have a nice rest. Get your kids an art set. It might hold their attention long enough for you to wind down and have a cup of tea. You need to lesson your load a bit by not feeling like you have to care for your nephew also. I know your mother is feeling down over the loss of her parents, but you are the only person on this earth who is going to look out for you!

Take some deep breaths, close your eyes and slow down your breathing. Take 5 minutes for yourself sometime during the day. I'm sure you could get 5 minutes, right?
Get a massage somewhere... or get your nails done or a new hairdo. In other words, do something FOR YOU. As some one who takes care of kids, I know that finding "me time" is tough. But for your own sanity and health, you have to try to do it.
