A puppy is really what im looking for. A healthy one at that. I have two kids that would love him/her. I myself am a big fan of english bulldogs. I have been wanting one for sume time now, since i went to shelter and saw one that was already beging adopted, I came to the concluesion of getting one myself. If anyone has information where i can get or adopt one let me know. I also am shooting for around the price of $1,200.00 or less. So if you can help i would like it. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Have you checked www.petfinder.com or www.craigslist.org? Those are some good starts.

In that budget you can get quite a variety, i Reccomend from getting from a shelter ( because techinically ur saving a life because most dogs can only stay in a shelter for 1 - 2 months, after they areput 2 sleep if no one buys them) while getting from a store the puppies or dogs have a longer chance. And not all are unhealthy

Please do not go to a breeder. Shelter dogs need your love/home more. They are known to be more loving. Go adopt one at your local animal shelter. And make sure you are really ready for the responsibilty. Good luck and happy holidays!

P.S try not to adopt from a website. The dogs there do not always turn out to your liking.

look in the newspaper for breeders, but like Fire said, the ones at the shelter need a home, just request an eglish bulldog.

Go to www.akc.org & find breeders closest to you, or look for the closest listed Bulldog rescue group - they sometimes will have pups or younger dogs, too.
