Do NON creamy layer need help? How can we help them?

FOR REMAINING FAMILIES UPTO 2 KIDS SOCIETY CAN PROVIDE EMPOWERMENT-
# FREE EDUCATION UPTO 12th.
# HIGHER EDUCATION EXPENCES FOR MERITORIOUS STUDENTS(MP's CAN BE ASKED TO SHARE FUNDS)
# OLD AGE HOMES FOR POORS WITH 2 KIDS.
# FREE MEDICAL CHECK UP SPECIALLY FOR OLD AGED.
# WHERE EVER THERE ARE HIGH SCHOOL & ABOVE; RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES FOR SCHOOL STAFF BE PROVIDED.
# CLUSTER OF VILLAGES CAN BE ADOPTED BY CAPITALISTS $ RICH CORPORATE HOUSES(INCLUDING PSU)
# MEDICAL FACILTY BE EXTENDED BY MEDICAL COLLEGE & HOSPITAL THROUGH MOBILE VANS)

OTHER MEANS OF GROWTH OF UNDERDEVELOPED VILLAGES BE EXPLORED & IMPLEMENTED.

It is all OK ! You need proper mind set to progress...So pl provide best education at free of cost to underprivileged section at the cost of Rich persons...but pl do not encourage special reservation quotas..they need to equip themselves to be self relinat rather than remaining Great Son In laws of System...enjoying free benefits throughout thier generations...is it sin to born in Forward community for no fault of mine?

Try going to a charity and volunteering to work with people. Give of your time and meet people and actually talk to them. Then make a donation of your own money, don't wait for capitalists and corporations to do it. In America, 86% of donations come from individuals. In fact, dead people give more money to charity through their wills than all the corporations in America!
