The Catholic church has been responsible for more deaths through war, and negligence then any other cause in history, and to this day they allow hundreds of thousands of people such as the Africans die from aids by not allowing the use of condoms. This is only one example of what the world has had to endure from the Catholic church.

Different religions, races have not in the past been such a strong part of ones identity. Religion came about as a way to identify ones self with a group. People discriminate in many ways but if a person is part of your religious group, tribe, clan, theocracy, etc.. You would generally except them if a different race. As opposed to a member of the same race but opposing religion side in a war or peace scenario.

Different religions. Religion messes everything up. It's not religion that saves you, it's the grace of God and your desire to follow His will. Religion just serves to separate His people and turn them against each other. If we all follow the Bible, then we are doing what God says, plain and simple. It isn't about religion...it's about serving the Lord and His will.

Obviously religions. Crusades. Terrorist attacks. Inquisitions. Protestant/Catholic situation in Northern Ireland.
Racial violence is nowhere as near widespread as religious bigotry.

disease and infection has killed more than any human murder(i.e war)
im an atheist but if you put the question that way, not all religion-related murder could out kill disease and infection.
