If you don't know the person just see them from afar i would say lust but if you have say worked with them for 4 years I think it starts developing into some kind of love.

we were made to be attracted to the opposite sex...so it could be either way...it just depends on you...if you see a girl or guy and you start thinking about how hot their body is than thats lust..but if you are attracted to their character and the way they look obviously than its just plain attraction...:-) so it really is up to you
