I plan on cooking in a cooking bag.

The bag will do most of the work by keeping it moist, but rubbing it with butter and your favorite herbs/spices will help, too. You can also put onion slices and celery in the bag and that will add additional flavor. Good luck!

Butter and mixed fresh herbs, such as sage, thyme, oregano...under the skin. A little crushed garlic and a few slices of lemon are a nice touch, as well. If it is skinless, I would still butter the top. And you can still do the herbs, garlic, and lemon though I personally think it is nicer to tuck it under the skin. But in a bag, it might not make a difference. You might want to add a little chicken broth to the pan(you can buy the pre-made) since turkey breast does tend to be a little dry. Hope this helps!!

I melt butter and mix garlic powder in the butter. Add as much garlic as you like, according to your taste. I then inject garlic butter under the skin. Injection kits can be purschased at Walmart. You can also inject barbecue sauces too, but be careful for the ones with chunky ingredients, clogs the injector.

lemon juice like lemon chicken but it is lemon turkey very good especially fresh lemon squueze about 4 lemons and pour it over the turey right before cooking my auntie makes it and it is really good

add a little honey over the top...coat it...will flavor the meat

pound it and roll it up with your fave stuffing recipe...wrap in foil and cook til done
