He keeps messages me all day long, and he wants to meet him almost everyday. But calls are limitted to one call a day. He called me the other day and I pretended to be busy I did say though that I would call him back later which i never did. After 2 hours he calls me back and asked me why was I ingnoring him. Does this guy like me or is he confused ?

I don't know. This sounds really sketchy to me. Does he call at the same time every day? maybe he just needs to kill a little time. Hell, he could be in jail, or calling at the time when his wife is gone. Tell him some whopping lie that makes him leave you alone, he sounds like a loser.

Why would he call or message if he didn't like you? I don't even see the point in that question...do people usually call you, message you, or ask if you are ignoring them if they dislike you?
