"Deseo que tengas otro nieto muy pronto para que lo malcries" (that phrase if you have enough confidence with that person, I mean if you are enough close to him or her, another more polite way could be "para que lo consientas"

I just want to say that QUIETWALKER is right.

My first language is Spanish and "consientas" is the word I would use.

"MALCRIAR" is NOT appropriate because it refers to "poor upbringing". And the grandparent is not bringing up the child, so it doesn't apply.
Also, a "malcriado" is a BRAT. I don't think this is what you ment to say...

BTW: The sentence is incorrect...it should be:
"Te deseo que muy pronto tengas otro nieto, para que lo consientas".

The best word I've come across is "concentir". A better way of saying what you want to would be, "Quiero que tengas otro nieto muy pronto para que yo puedo concentirle (or lo)." But this leads me to the question of whom yoú're talking to when you say this. Are you asking someone else to have another grandson? That's essentially what this sentence is saying.

I really hope you haven't used any of the words people have been telling you (except maybe "malcriar", which is acceptable).

I think the best verb in this case is "mimar", which is used exclusively for spoiling children. "Estropear" (which someone said earlier) carries the connotation of "to damage"... definitely don't use that one.

So I think your sentence *should* look something like this...

Deseo que tengas otro nieto pronto, para que yo lo pueda mimar.

spoil a child= consentir, malcriar, mimar demasiado
Deseo que tengas otro nieto muy pronto, para que lo consientas/malcries.

Deseo que tengas otro nieto muy pronto, para que lo mimes mucho ("consientas" you can also say this instead of "mimes mucho")

Spoil - mimar demasiado, consentir (this is the meaning for this context)

I would use "mimar" = to spoil children.
The sentence should read
Deseo que tengas otro nieto muy pronto para
que puedas mimarlo.

You don't. You would respond with jejeje which is equivalent to lol in Spanish. Lol is an English slang term therefore it does not exist.
