Not wanting to kiss a guy when you're only 14 is NOT chicken and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Basically, it sounds as if you're not ready for a very serious relationship, and that's FINE!
For MOST 14-year-olds I know, "dating" is just a formality -- everyone knows that you and your boyfriend are "together" and you can talk at school, after school, on the phone, or on the weekend, whenever you want without seeming pushy or a flirt.
Generally, since neither of you can probably drive yet, "dates" will probably only consist of hanging out after school, going to a movie, or doing things with a group of friends, maybe every couple of weeks, maybe once a month.

It's okay if your relationships don't last long -- at this point you're still getting to know people and finding out what you like about people and what you can't stand. It's all about figuring out what kind of person you're compatible with, and you might have to go through a few before you find someone who's even remotely compatible! Hang in there, and don't worry about what other people think!

14 and already had 2 boyfriends. At 14, dating should mean you can only be gone for a certain amount of time. Be in bed no later than 10pm on a school night. Boy friend should not be more than 1 year older than you are. It also means that your mother is not monitoring your time on the computer or what is going on in your life.

Darling, youre only 14.. you have tons of experience ahead of you. When you turn 21, you willl look back on this and go what am I thinking..

I hate to break the news BUT you wont find the right one at 14. Once you get into your 18-20s, then MAYBE but for now, just enjoy your childhood while you dont have to work or worry about bills, etc... enjoy life!!

You are doing the right thing. Don't let anybody pressure you into doing anything. You will know when you are ready. If you want to feel more at ease when dating someone, perhaps you can get a friend to double date. And by all means, for now, date within your age groupe.

well, at that age, which i am at w/ u, nothing really sticks long. u have to learn to acept that. I just went through a break up w/ my boyfriend, and it turns out, he was a fat, inconsiderat, rpuylsive, jerk. now, i don't know about u, but if u want a deffonition, its to get prepared for the future. And i fu have a problom kissing someone u love, u need to talk to a older friend that has or somthing. i mean, if u love them, KISS THEM FOR GODS SAKE!!!

Its sad because in this day in age teens that are youger like yourself are expected to do things that you dont like....So im going to tell you to stick to your values dont let anyone pressure you into anything....A date at your age is a movie or a something to eat nothing big or maybe dinner at one of your houses it may sound lame but the more your family likes him the more happy you will be

Stay a chicken, you are too young to be kissing anyone but your mom, dad, grandparents. Wait another two years, and then you can go on a date. God bless****
