I get it worst in the winter than summer. It is only on my left inner thigh. I have used medical powder and sprays but it only keeps it away for a short period. Sometime it itchs really bad and releases fluid. What do you think it could be describe or give me a link please. Thank you.

It sounds like it might just be effected by the way you walk. If you have sensitive skin, then it could be the way your jeans rub on your leg as you walk. It gets worse when it's winter because the air is drier outside. It releases fluid because it is trying to protect yourself from infections. It could however be eczema. A skin doctor can give you a rub-on treatment that will clear it up.
Good-luck.

An allergic reaction to something. This happened to me years ago, and I found that I had washed my clothes in a different detergent a few times. It finally went away, after I changed back to my regular detergent. If it persists, see a doctor. You might need some allergy medication.
