At 15, you still have a lot of growing to do - you may have your adult height, but your internal organs are not done growing and you need to be sure you give them the proper nutrients. This is not the place to find a healthy eating plan for yourself.
I suggest you consult a dietitian or your family doctor. Sometimes, teens just need to eat different foods and get a different kind of exercise and then the body finds its own best weight. For now, keep the focus on eating healthy foods and avoiding junk.

People who go on crash diets and lose a lot of weight quickly put it back on again just as quickly. You need to train youre body into eating good wholsome nutritous Food with no Splodge.Ideally you would be better off if youre were a Vegetarian and ate no meat at all , but that is a very hard thing to do for most People. Eat plenty of fruit and Vegetables and cut down on Bread, eat Wholegrain Bread, and dont eat cakes and Biscuits Cookies or Candy bars or drink sodas. Eat Fish Chicken and try to cut down on Red Meat eat as little of that as
possible, that is what causes Heart attacks Strokes and Cancers. It is very hard for a 15 year old to stick to this Regime but that is what you will have to do, and dont forget to take as much exercise as possible Good Luck

Not by a diet. Diets cause people to gain weight. Don't bother.

Muscle weighs more than fat. So if you stepped on a scale and you were a body builder, you might be in the 280-300 range.

Count calories. You should be consuming about 2200 calories a day, maybe a little more. Figure out how many you have been consuming and reduce that by about 200 every day. Add at least some exercise to your routine each day. Walking, running, swimming, sports, etc.

Diet? No, get off the computer, go outside and run, go play basketball, run track, swim and ride a bike. The diet today is terrible, but things can be corrected with exercise. Kids today spend too much time indoors playing videogames and on computers. Get outside and enjoy nature.
