eat small meals every 2 - 3 hours ( think the palm or your hand) never deprive yourself of food. get enough sleep and do regular excersise. all these factors will contribute to your metabolism. skipping meals puts your body into starvation mode and slows your metabolism down drastically as its desperate for nutrients.

Green Tea! The best natural thing to speed your metabolism. I drink it 3 times daily [morning, afternoon, evening] and it helps a lot! I drink Lipton Green Tea, but best ones are organic from tea shops. You can see results in a first week :). Hope I helped!

What do you want a fast metabolism for?
There isn't any metabolism or method that will allow you to eat all you want of anything you want and not gain weight.

Safely stick to exercise and as healthy a diet as you can put up with. ANYTHING else has side effects and don't look for miracles maybe take up a lifelong enjoyable for you physical activity
