I mean one egg per day..is it okay?

No, its not unhealthy to eat an egg every day, but only if you have good overall health, that mean, if your a few pounds overweight, and have high cholesterol, it probably wont be a good idea.

Anything is bad for you in excess.

Just try to limit them a little say 1 or 2 no more than three times a week and you should be fine .. think of the body builders who eat 10 + a day!

If you can just eat 2 egg whites you would be doing better. All of the cholesterol is in the yolk. But, I don't think 1 will hurt you.

No, I don't think it is bad to eat one egg everyday. It actually is good for our health. People just don't eat eggs every morning for no reason.

yes!! eggs are full of protein!!! they are very very good for you! I would recomend the organic kind. that is the most healthy. eggs are best with something else or by them selves!! eggs can help you get by in the day. protein is good for you. as you already know more than likely.

I've said it before and I'll say it again

EGGS dont raise or lower your cholesterol ( mumbles to himself )

Go for it, I eat eggs regularly, I am overweight, but I also have perfect kidney and liver function and lower than average cholesterol. And believe me this is not my primary concern when eating, I eat what I want when and how I want and its all good.
Lifes too short to be fussin and farting over eggs and cholesterol

I'm not sure if one egg a day is too much or not, just watch your cholesterol...my husband is only 25 and has high cholesterol.

I think it's ok when i was on my diet I ate 2 or 3 boiled eggs everday and tuna. And i lost alot of weight too

In biology, we talked about how eggs are harmful to the body if they are not eaten in proportion .. but as long as your active .. you'll be fine!
