definitely condition your hair. then buy some frizz control products. personally, i use redken smooth down it comes in a brown bottle. i have recommended it to my friends and they hated its sticky texture at first, but it works wonders with frizz and now they love it!! just one squirt on your hands, rub your hands together, then run your fingers through your hair.

For some conditioner really works. It makes my hair fall out. You can go to some learning salons and get a full head oil treatment for six dollars or buy your own. Get the ends cut off. I usually put mouse in my hair for the frizz. Works great.

i had the same problem, and i tried sunsilk shampoo, conditioner, and 24/7 conditioning creme. it works wonders! there are several types to meet the needs of different people - dry hair, straight hair, frizzy hair, flat hair....i recommend the blue kind (for poofy hair). i use it all the time now and get TONS of compliments!

i had that problem, but taking showers at night seemed to help me. i guess because once my hair is wet, and you lay down in your bed, it makes it so your hair is flat and not frizzy. also, i used pantene for frizz.
