Try mountain climbing, next to that long distance running mixed with weight training. Best way join the Armed Forces Basic training is the fastest way I know to lose weight and get in shape

Do NOT look for fast ways to shed weight.
Losing too much weight weekly can become a serious health hazard.
Try exercise, good food consumption, but in the end, slowly and surely works best.

Well,not eating is not the solution. You should eat but minimize the carbohydrate intake of the body. Drink lots of water to eliminate wastes which is one of the factors in weight-loss. Try eating eggs for breakfast which is a very good food for diet. It lets your tummy not feel hungry for a couple of hours. Don't smoke or drink beer. Pushups is also the key for it. degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair
