Well, you have a lot of options, which are:
1) Talk to her smoothly, again, if it doesn't work, try with someone else. Example: Tell a person she highly respects or admires or think he's/she's cool to scold her. This might open her eyes and she'll change.
2) Move out, if you're on a campus, try searching a different roommate or try moving to an appartment which is acceptable (not too much money unless you're rich)
3) Kick her out! Offer her money, or somethin'. Bloody underwear would definitely make me set-up my mind.

Tell her again it's disgusting and I once lived on a dorm floor where there was this girl that did that, her roommate finally sprayed Lysol in her shoes, and then asked to be moved to a different room by herself down our hall. So, you just might have to do that.

Boo don't talk no more cuz that triflin trick out. Sorry to get ghetto but that is just nasty. Tell her that if she can't help her nasty ways that she had better start looking for a new roommate becuz you will definitely leave. If this isn't financially possible then just say it to see what happens.

Yeah, that is disgusting!
Normally I would say to teach her a lesson, do exactly what she is doing so she can realize how bad it is, however in this case I would not advise that ... for obvious reasons.
Kick her out, or move out. She will not change.

If you're living in a dorm, talk to the RA. There are rules about hygiene.
If you're living on your own, talk to your landlord about getting her off the lease. After she's off, you can kick her out.

you already know, I dealt with the comparable element whilst i replaced into in college, and the only element that worked replaced into to finally confront her with it. She did no longer like it, and replaced into thoroughly indignant, yet not greater bloody underclothes(on her mattress) once I had visitors.LOL i realize it quite is not humorous, and except you're saying something, it won't in any respect end. good success!!!!!!

That is so horrible. I feel sorry for you.
The only thing I would suggest is getting far away from nasty, disgusting people like that.
You don't need to settle for that crap.
